The 2014 calendar is slowly populating with new races. We tend to cover races in first half of the year, but we will probably have a complete calendar in few weeks.

However, there’s one race that you have to think and act now if you wish to run it – 100 Miles of Istria. The longest ultra trail race in Croatia in its 2nd edition will be a bit longer (168km) and will have significantly more elevation (7000m). It also has a new direction, new start venue (Labin) and new finish (Umag). Beside 100 miles and 100km category, there’s also a new category – 65km. A lot of new things this year! 🙂

Be sure to register on time, because the race is limited to only 200 places per category and for the longest category there are already 127 competitors enrolled from 16 different countries. It will once more be a race with the most international racers in Croatia. You can read my report from last year here.
